A helpdesk system has recently been deployed to offer user support for general questions concerning the PUNCH4NFDI consortium, for questions regarding the usage of our services and tools, as well as for questions regarding training and education. To contact the helpdesk, send an email to support@punch4nfdi.de specifying the topic of your request by using one of the following tags (with square brackets) at the start of the subject line to assign your ticket quickly:

• [PUNCH-AAI] any questions on AAI
• [Gitlab] any questions on Gitlab
• [Webservices] any questions on webservices (intranet, results, etc.)
• [REANA] any questions on REANA
• [S4P] any questions on Storage4PUNCH
• [C4P] any questions on Compute4PUNCH
